II. Main functions

This solution supports the full 3D design process of industrial robots. It provides industrial robot kinematics simulation, dynamics simulation, statics simulation, motor selection and other functions, 3D lightweight collaborative functions, builds robot design knowledge base, improves robot design and management capabilities, and significantly improves product design quality and efficiency. Provide project management, design process management, product data management, 3D process planning and manufacturing management, and other functions. Provide online release of news and development, technical services, supply and demand release, community exchange, activity display, software services and other functions.


III. Main System Platform

1Robot-specific design platform

SINOVATION is an independent copyrighted 3D CAD/CAM software reflecting the most advanced international design and manufacturing level, which can realize 3D modeling, assembling and drawing operations of robots. The functions of feature modeling, parametric design, hybrid modeling and direct modeling realize rapid design of robot parts; efficient and fast assembly operation, interference checking, real-time assembly evaluation and motion simulation realize rapid assembly of robot as a whole; easy-to-use engineering drawing creation function provides section view, BOM table rapid creation and other functions.


1Robot-specific simulation platform

The task of robot simulation is to provide a virtual environment for the robot to interact without touching the actual robot and its working environment through computer graphics technology. Simulation of motion trajectories and calculation of parameters such as torque of each joint during motion in the design phase, and then the selection of motors and reducers, can effectively avoid problems such as interference between the robot and the environment, unreachable motion, and inappropriate motor parameters. The robot-specific simulation platform can realize the kinematic simulation, dynamics simulation, and static simulation of Delta robot, tandem robot, handling palletizing robot, and other robots.


Robot Model Library:Three commonly used robots are included, the Tandem Robot, the Delta Robot and the Palletizing Robot, with user-defined rod length parameters, etc., based on their needs.


Kinematic Simulation:The user can change the pose of the robot by dragging and dropping the joints with the mouse, and define the robot's trajectory and make the robot follow the set trajectory according to its needs.


Dynamics Simulation:The user can define the motion trajectory and make the robot run according to that trajectory simulation. The software integrates Modelica to realize motor and reducer selection by calculating the torque of each joint during the simulation run.


Static Simulation:The robot parts are meshed by profiling sub-elements, constraint points, load points and force magnitudes are set, solution calculations are performed, and the results of the static analysis are described by means of a cloud map display.

3Robot 3D Collaboration Platform

SView is a browser product developed by Huatian Software, which is used for 3D lightweight browsing and evaluation in the product lifecycle process of design, manufacturing and service, etc. SView can directly browse mainstream CAD data, support PMI information, 3D annotation, 3D process simulation, lightweight release, web conference, embedded deployment, etc., and can realize seamless integration with PDM, CAPP, MPM and other systems.


4Robot design and manufacturing management platform

Through the InforCenter management platform, we establish a collaborative R&D environment for robot products, support cross-departmental project R&D collaboration, manage the planning, execution, monitoring and feedback of robot R&D projects, control the quality of project task delivery, and realize workflow-driven intelligent project task distribution and visual progress monitoring.
