Automatic production line for welding and assembly of underbody, covering cabin, front and rear floor, cargo frame, door sill beam and other areas, undertaking welding of 2.0 generation pickup body (including major revision) and 2.5TVAN (one model reserved) body; plant size: 288mx144m; plant form: mesh frame, production area crane point evenly distributed; production system: 250 days/year, double shift, 8h/shift; program: 50,000 (base and major revision models combined) 12.5JPH, reserved for production plan; line start-up rate: 90%; 2.0 pickup base and major revision models adopt flexible common line scheme planning, with a flexible common line. 2.0 pickup truck basic version and the big change model use flexible common line plan, the first phase of planning to put into the basic model related equipment, the big change model according to the plan of the first phase of the design is completed simultaneously, equipment and interface are reserved for processing; workshop line according to four models for planning, retain the welding area of the fourth model, while Adjustment line and air transport are planned in accordance with the common line of multiple models; benchmarking with the first-tier brands at home and abroad, such as Great Wall Cannon, to reach the domestic advanced level; automation rate: 100% for the lower body line; about 80% for the cabin, front floor, rear floor, cargo shelf and other areas.

Automatic welding line, sub-assembly line, automatic handling and riveting line, greatly reducing the number of production line operators and reducing personnel labor intensity; using standardized, flexible and highly interchangeable tooling and switching equipment to improve clamping accuracy and efficiency and reduce labor costs; using point-to-point planning design, assembly stations, spotting stations, welding stations and handling stations at the same time, which can effectively ensure the utilization rate of equipment. For different models of product parts, each station can meet, and can be quickly adjusted and switched, greatly improving equipment compatibility.
